At Made By Movement, we welcome and encourage beginners to join our classes. We understand that everyone is at a different level, and that's why our classes have been graded with easy-to-choose-from levels. Even our most advanced classes have modifications, as we know that being flexible in one area doesn't necessarily mean that you won't struggle with tightness or injury in another.
